Data Retention Policy

This Data Retention Policy explains how long Sixty67 Intelligence keeps different types of data.

Active Account Data

We keep your data for as long as your account is active and your subscription is current.

Account Deletion

• Personal data is deleted within 30 days of account deletion.
• Financial records (invoices, tax-relevant data) are retained for 7 years as required by Canadian tax law.
• Backups are retained for 30 days, after which deleted data is no longer recoverable.

Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no login for 24 months are flagged as inactive. We send a 60-day notice before deleting inactive account data.

Retention by Data Type

• Account profile: deleted within 30 days of deletion request.
• Recipes, menus, events: deleted with the account.
• Billing and invoices: 7 years (legal requirement).
• System logs: 12 months.
• Backups: 30 days.

Export Before Deletion

You may export your data before deletion. Contact us for assistance.

Legal Hold

We may retain data beyond these periods where required by law, court order, or to investigate a breach.
