Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Sixty67 Intelligence platform ("Service") operated by Sixty67 Intelligence Inc. ("Sixty67"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Service.
Account Registration
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be responsible for activity under your account.
Subscriptions and Billing
- Free: $0/month with limited features.
- Professional: $29/month CAD.
- Business: $79/month CAD.
- Enterprise: from $299/month CAD (custom contract).
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe and auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable and not pro-rated. We will give at least 30 days notice before any price increase.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to misuse it. See our Acceptable Use Policy for details.
Your Content
You retain ownership of content you create or upload (recipes, menus, events, etc.). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service for you.
AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
The Service uses AI to generate suggestions, recipes, menus, and images. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated content before relying on it commercially.
Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Sixty67 and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute it without permission.
Service Availability
We target 99.9% uptime. See our Service Level Agreement for details and service credits.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sixty67 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business, arising from the Service.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Sixty67 against claims arising from your content or your violation of these Terms.
Termination
You may delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, your personal data is deleted within 30 days, except records we must keep by law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with an updated "Last Updated" date.
