Sixty67 Intelligence uses trusted third-party sub-processors to deliver the Service. Each sub-processor is bound by appropriate data protection terms.

Data Transfer Safeguards
Where data is transferred outside Canada, we use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and equivalent safeguards to protect it.
Notice of Changes
We will provide at least 30 days notice before adding or replacing a sub-processor. Enterprise customers may object during this period.
